 Official Opening of SoccerWorld

Dundee City Council Leisure, Arts and Communities Convener Richard McCready and Barry McDermott, Managing Director of the Northwind Group will officially open SoccerWorld indoor 5 a side football centre on Thursday 20^th November.

The purpose built building, built in partnership with the council’s leisure and communities department earlier this year, is the first of its kind in Scotland offering eight 5 a side pitches, a children’s soft play area and cafe, sports bar, changing rooms and children’s party rooms.

 KidzWorld

KidzWorld is the soft play area within SoccerWorld which is approximately 450 sq metres in area size. The soft play area is aimed at providing a service to families with children, from toddlers up to the age of 12 years old. There is also a café area where parents can relax whilst their children play within the soft play area.

  Kids Coaching

Junior Kicks is SoccerWorlds exclusive coaching program which runs every Saturday from 10am. Catering for young footballers from the age of 4 right up to 12 year olds. All pitches are fully enclosed and the children are safe under the supervision of SoccerWorlds dedicated Coaching team. Junior Kicks will also hold coaching courses during the school holidays.  

Kids Parties

Give your child the Premier treatment this year with a football party at SoccerWorld. With an hour of football on one of our indoor pitches, followed by food and refreshments in the designated party room and then more football, you cannot fail to have a party to remember.What’s more, we will give the birthday child an exclusive SoccerWorld football and a team photo enclosed in a Birthday Card and all in attendance will go home with a party bag with SoccerWorld goodies inside.

Are you looking for an extra edge to your weekly game of Fives? Then why not join one of the SoccerWorld leagues. All leagues are fully sanctioned and affiliated with the S.F.A and are played to well established SoccerWorld league rules. There are Leagues to suit every standard and if you’re good enough your team could walk away with a full set of trophies at the end of the season. Leagues are run over a 14 week season and all teams are expected to play one game per week, so if you think you’ve got what it takes to compete then contact Reception on 01382 816 888 and start this week!
